Cure Gall Stones

Gallstones are a source of pain and discomfort for many people. They are created when bile from the liver crystallizes and forms hard stones due to an over-abundance of fat and toxins. This is a common problem, and many people do not even know they have gallstones until they reach a certain size and begin to cause pain. Many doctors feel that removing the gallbladder is a quick fix, however removal doesn't eliminate all problems and symptoms, and this surgery can cause more problems down the line.

Instructions

1. Start with a gallbladder flush. There are natural treatments that can be tried before resorting to surgery. The first thing some nutritionists recommend is trying a gallbladder flush. This involves drinking a concoction of different ingredients, some of which include apple juice, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic and ginger root. There are several different recipes for gallbladder flushes that can be recommended by a nutritionist or found online. The process of this flush is thought to help remove some or all of the existing gallstones.

2. Add herbal supplements to your diet that are known to increase gallbladder function and help break down bile. Two of these are A-F Betafood and Choline. The A-F Betafood can also be taken when a gallstone attack flairs up to start to relieve the pain. One tablet should be taken every 30 minutes to an hour until the pain subsides.

3. Eat peanut butter. Along with many other healthy benefits, there are studies that show eating peanut butter can reduce the risk of developing gallstones. Although peanut butter contains a high amount of fat and calories, research shows that adding small but consistent amounts to your diet can be beneficial.
