4. There are many businesses that specialize in rebuilding laptops and you can go there and buy cheap used computers that normally will have a warranty. These place will let you try out the laptop before you buy and make sure that it is in good working shape.
5. Finally you can buy cheap used laptops at garage sales and flea markets. Again, you have to be careful There is usually no return policy, just buyer beware when you buy cheap used laptops like this.
