Change The Default From Dial Up To Wg111t

You can change the default Internet connection on your computer.

The WG111T is a wireless Internet USB adapter manufactured by Netgear. When you plug the WG111T into a USB port on your computer or laptop, it will detect wireless Internet connections in your area and allow you to connect to the wireless router. If your computer previously used a dial-up connection for Internet service, the dial-up connection may still be the default connection for your computer. You can change the default Internet connection on your computer's network and sharing center.

Instructions

1. Click the "Start" button, then choose "Control Panel."

2. Click the "Network and Internet" option, then click "Network and Sharing Center."

3. Click the "Manage network connections" link to view all of your computer's network connections, including the dial-up connection and the WG111T connection. The WG111T connection may be listed as a wireless connection.

4. Right-click the WG111T connection and select "Set as Default Connection" from the drop-down menu. This will change the default connection from dial-up to the WG111T USB adapter.
