Long arm weighted crunches are one example of tighten your upper abs. Lie on the floor with your knees bent. Grab a light dumbbell in each hand. Extend your arms straight out behind you. Crunch up keeping your arms straight. Repeat this 12 to 15 times.


Eat High Protein Foods


Adding foods that are high in protein and fiber will help reduce your belly fat. It takes more energy to digest food that is high in protein, so eating more protein will also help you burn more calories. There are several foods you can add to your diet to increase your protein and fiber intake. For example, eggs are high in protein. If you are worried about your cholesterol levels going up then eat only the egg whites. Beans are another good source of protein and fiber. Several types of beans that are good for you, including kidney beans, lima beans and white beans.


Liposuction


The fastet way to get rid of belly fat is to have a procedure called liposuction. Because this is a type of plastic surgery, it is expensive and will not be covered by health insurance. There are different liposuction procedures. Meet with a doctor to decide which procedure best fits your needs. Be sure to do your research before choosing a particular doctor. Check your doctor's credentials, and don't pick a doctor based on cheaper prices.
